About Me
Life with some twists and turns along the way
What do I do?

I help my clients to get unstuck, gain awareness, clarity and focus.
In my coaching practice, I use effective, neuroscience-based strategies in the coaching conversations to help my clients improve their thinking, develop new habits, build resilience and make positive changes in their behavior.

Coaching conversations using a brain-based approach help you to develop new insights to build better habits and move forward with confidence and motivation. My coaching work is based on the coaching framework developed by the Neuroleadership Institute that helps clients deepen their self-awareness and develop new insights for creating lasting change.

What's my background?
My path has taken some exciting twists and turns
After working a few years in the health and insurance industry in the USA, I was yearning for adventure and the opportunity to live and work in a different culture. I took a big leap and moved to Japan where I worked as a communication and intercultural trainer for 6 years. My next stop was Germany, where I still live today. Over the years I have stepped in and out of the corporate world, working as a business analyst, consultant and trainer in multicultural teams, but I have always come back to my original calling of helping people discover and develop their potential for positive change. In 2011, I obtained my first coaching credential to build on my skills for helping others make positive changes and find the right path.
Could I have used a coach on that journey? Absolutely, many times. Would I have changed that journey? Definitely not, because of all I have learned along the way. Coaching would have been very valuable for developing self-awareness, focus and confidence.
In my own experience, working with a coach has helped me to find the clarity and courage to make positive changes in my personal and professional life.
